Audit Associate needed for a growing CPA Accounting firm.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audit Associate to join our team. As an Audit Associate, you will be responsible for conducting audits, reviewing financial statements, and providing recommendations for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct audits and reviews of financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAS and industry regulations.
  • Develop and implement audit plans to ensure effective and efficient audit processes.
  • Provide recommendations for improvement to management and clients.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure successful completion of audits.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in GAAS, industry regulations, and audit software.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in auditing, with public accounting experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAS, internal controls, and audit processes.
  • Proficiency in CaseWare, Office 365, and other audit software.
  • Solid understanding of federal and industry compliance regulations.
