Healthcare Operations Supervisor

Description

The Healthcare Operations Supervisor is primarily responsible for overseeing and directing security and operational personnel supporting various counties, along with additional support staff.


This role is also tasked with formulating and supervising the execution of emergency management services and safety protocols for all facilities, ensuring compliance with federal, state, local, and Joint Commission standards.

This position manages visitor, patient, and staff health and safety through the environmental care functions. Furthermore, it entails overseeing facility management and general procurement for designated counties. This role engages in external partnerships and offers recommendations and training related to safety and environmental care.

Position Requirements

A minimum of an Associate's degree in a relevant field and five years of experience in practice management, facility oversight, or general administration within a healthcare environment.

Advanced education in a pertinent field and familiarity with Joint Commission standards is highly desirable.

Candidates must demonstrate the ability to cultivate and sustain effective working relationships at all organizational levels and with the public, exhibit strong organizational skills, and possess meticulous attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook, is essential.
