About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nurse Care Specialist. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct nursing care in a diverse environment and primarily float to one or more specialty units.

Job Summary

This is a full-time position with a 36-hour workweek, rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and monitoring patient care plans, coordinating with members of the healthcare team, and providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Implement and monitor patient care plans in accordance with established policies and protocols.
  • Coordinate patient care needs with members of the healthcare team.
  • Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
Requirements
  • BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date required.
  • Registered Nurse licensure prior to hire date required.
  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing or equivalent professional licensure at time of hire.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $65,000 per year, plus a $7.50 hourly shift differential. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, health insurance options, retirement benefits, and more.
