Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care for patients, ensuring optimal health outcomes and a high level of patient satisfaction.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and caregivers, providing emotional support and education on health-related topics.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote best practices in patient care.
- Current RN licensure in the state of North Carolina, required.
- One year of relevant experience in a medical-surgical setting, preferred.
- High School Diploma or GED, required. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, preferred.
