ABA Pathways LLC is seeking a compassionate and adaptable individual to join our team as an ABA Therapist. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality services to individuals on the Autism Spectrum.
Key Responsibilities- Treatment Planning and Implementation
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to promote positive behavioral change.
Client Support and Progress MonitoringProvide one-on-one support to clients, collecting and analyzing data to track progress and make informed treatment decisions.
Collaboration and CommunicationWork closely with colleagues, supervisors, parents/guardians, and community stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
Professional Development and AccountabilityParticipate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge, and maintain a high level of accountability in all aspects of job performance.
Requirements- Education and Certification
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
Availability and FlexibilityMust be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and be willing to work in-home sessions.
Physical and Emotional DemandsAbility to lift, move, and carry objects weighing up to 50 lbs, and interact with clients in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred QualificationsAdult, child, and infant First Aid/CPR certification, BA/BS in psychology or related field, experience in ABA, and relevant professional experience with behavioral health issues.

Ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and community stakeholders, and communicate effectively in a professional setting.

Teamwork and IndependenceAbility to work collaboratively as part of a team, and also work independently with minimal supervision.
