Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Produce Delivery Driver to join our team at Charlie's Produce. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering fresh produce to our customers in the Phoenix market while also assisting with warehouse duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver produce to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Accurately check invoices and ensure accurate delivery of products
  • Load and repack produce in vehicle and back in warehouse as needed
  • Provide exceptional customer service and promote a positive company image

Requirements:

  • Be 23 years old or older
  • Have a valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record
  • Pass a background check and fingerprinting clearance
  • Demonstrated ability to lift/push/pull 50 lbs. throughout shift

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of $19.00 per hour, dependent on experience and location
  • Potential 90-day performance-based raise
  • Yearly review with possibility of increase based on performance and tenure
