Restaurant Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our dynamic team at Dunkin' Donuts. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

• Lead and manage a high-performing team to deliver outstanding customer service and sales results
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance operational efficiency
• Monitor and control store expenses, inventory, and labor costs
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with the franchisee and other store managers to achieve business objectives

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or business preferred
