Overview:

Dynetek Solutions LLC is seeking a qualified Groundskeeper to join our team. As a Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for performing tasks associated with the installation, maintenance, and replacement of electric underground cable.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures to ensure proper safety precautions are taken in all circumstances and at all times.
  • Attend and participate in all safety meetings and training sessions.
  • Dig pits and trenches manually or mechanically.
  • Perform site set-up and clean-up.
  • Restore and landscape disturbed areas of the jobsite.
  • Lay dirt, sand, grass seed, and straw as needed.
  • Refill holes, trenches, and compact soil to ensure it is packed down and even.
  • Place temporary asphalt patches or concrete on streets as needed.
  • Fulfill machines with diesel and grease machines as required.
  • Clean vehicles, trailers, tools, and equipment.
  • Safely and correctly direct multi-directional traffic with appropriate signage.
  • Safely identify utilities in the trench/bore path.
  • Use splice to connect pipe.
  • Hook up hoses to drilling machine.
  • Place hammer on drill.
  • Use dirt head to pull back fiber optics and pipe.
  • Operate machines occasionally (requires experience).
  • Check equipment for safety.
  • Station equipment in a safe area.
  • Drive a company truck to job sites if necessary.

Requirements:

  • Able to work outdoors in all types of weather and conditions.
  • Able to work with loud noises.
  • Able to lift and load workpieces or equipment weighing at least 50 pounds daily.
  • Able to comply with job physical demands (e.g., standing, walking, driving, lifting etc.).
  • Able to pass a pre-employment screening that includes background checks and drug testing.
  • Valid driver's license.
