We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team. As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing fired heaters and steam methane reformers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed design specifications and drawings for fired heaters and steam methane reformers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design meets project requirements and specifications.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and records.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to junior designers and engineers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5-15 years of experience in mechanical design and development.
  • Proven track record of designing and developing fired heaters and steam methane reformers.
  • Strong understanding of API 560 code and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Experience with advanced steel and TEKLA modeling.
  • Knowledge of heater modularization and erection sequences.
