Job Summary

As a Unit Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and managing the station's long-range schedule, including the coordination of all on-line LCO/AOT activities, summer reliability management, and winter preparation, in accordance with EN-WM-109. You will also be responsible for the management and coordination of the station's work management process from T-24 thru T-6, where responsibility is transferred to the respective work week manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Chair the T-10 and T-6 work coordination meetings and participate in the T-24 and T-15 process meetings, representing work management and scheduling.
  • Direct and coordinate the efforts of the discipline schedulers in developing an integrated schedule for the 9 simultaneous weeks of T-15 thru T-6 on a continuous basis.
  • Act as a system outage coordinator when assigned and assume the responsibility for the Supt, Online Maintenance Scheduling in their absence.
  • Maintain a continuous action tracking record for all work weeks in your control and manage the resolution of those issues.
  • Participate in fleet process improvement initiatives and peer meetings as required.

Requirements

Minimum Education
Post high school education highly desired or equivalent work experience.

Minimum Experience
5 years' experience in scheduling, planning, or maintenance supervision/coordination.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Proficient in the use of Primavera scheduling software.
  • Detailed station system knowledge desired through training or by experience at the station.
  • Must be an effective communicator able to coordinate the efforts and input of various department personnel not directly accountable to that individual.

Certifications and Licenses
SRO certification or previous RO/SRO license in the reactor type for the station highly desired.
