We're seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Behavioral Innovations. As a BCBA, you'll play a critical role in providing evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism, empowering them to reach their full potential.

At Behavioral Innovations, we're a family-driven organization with a 24-year history of delivering exceptional behavior analysis services. Our leadership team, comprised of experienced BCBAs, ensures that our clients and their families are at the forefront of everything we do.

What We Offer
  • Competitive base compensation: $74,000 - $85,000 annually, based on experience
  • Bonuses: $6K - $18K annually, calculated monthly and paid quarterly
  • 20 days PTO and 7 paid holidays

  • Company-paid BCBA State Licensure Renewal and 8-Hour Supervision Training
