Mercy Clinic Physician Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Cardiac Anesthesiologist to join our team at Mercy Hospital Springfield. As a Cardiac Anesthesiologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality anesthesia care to patients undergoing cardiac surgery.
About the Role- Provide anesthesia care to patients undergoing cardiac surgery, including coronary artery bypass grafting, heart transplantation, and other complex cardiac procedures.
- Work collaboratively with a team of anesthesiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in the development and implementation of anesthesia protocols and guidelines.
- Contribute to the education and training of residents and medical students.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in cardiac anesthesia and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
