EOE Position Information:
The Mental Health Tech I provides direct patient care and management of patients with medical and behavioral issues under the supervision of a Clinical Nurse by performing non-professional patient care services, crisis intervention, therapeutic interactions, and behavior management.

Experience Requirements:
1 year of clinical experience in a related area is required, with 1 year of mental health experience preferred. Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent is required, or College Courses in Nursing or a related field. Licensure/Certification: Nurse Aide I is required, and Crisis Prevention Institute Certification is preferred. Hours of Work: varied hours.
