About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at JLL. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our buildings and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment and systems.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and prevent downtime.
  • Oversee the preventative maintenance program, including scheduling and delegating tasks to maintenance team members.
  • Maintain good facility relations through prompt and courteous response to facility requests.
  • Assist the building engineering team in protecting and improving the value of our clients' assets.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 4+ years of technical experience in building engineering, with a strong background in machinery, plumbing, electrical, and equipment repair and maintenance.
  • Proficient in using computers and software programs, including CMMS experience.
  • Valid state driver's license and electrical and/or mechanical licenses.
  • Ability to work in a team and independently, with excellent communication skills.
