Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilities Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the facilities are in good working condition, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry work.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and repair equipment, including generators, pumps, and other mechanical systems.
  • Grounds Maintenance: Maintain the grounds, including landscaping, lawn care, and snow removal.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with staff, tenants, and vendors to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
  • Skills: Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry; ability to lift up to 75 pounds; and ability to work at heights.
  • Certifications: Valid driver's license and current federally required vaccines.
Working Conditions:
