Job Summary:

The Field Technician Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coaching staff members, ensuring the safe and effective completion of hydro blasting and vacuuming jobs. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of hydro blasting and vacuuming operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coach staff members to ensure they are meeting company and client expectations.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with OSHA guidelines and company policies.
  • Load out hydro blast and vacuum truck jobs, ensuring all necessary equipment is available and in good working condition.
  • Inspect all aspects of work from the jobsite to equipment before commencing work.
  • Complete Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and all applicable safety paperwork.
  • Communicate updates with clients and ensure timely completion of jobs.
  • Assist in general maintenance of company equipment and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-4 years of related experience, with 1-2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Previous work experience at industrial owner facilities.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience in the hydro blasting and vacuuming field.
  • Valid Driver's License and TWIC card.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time and work at industrial owner facilities.
  • Physical ability to perform manual labor and work in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements:
  • Physically capable of performing all duties and responsibilities assigned.
  • Able to lift at least 50 pounds.
  • Physically capable of standing and/or walking continuously for long periods of time if necessary.
  • Physically capable of climbing, balancing, bending, stooping, and kneeling continuously.
