Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team at Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa of Carol Stream. As a Massage Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional massage therapy services to our clients, promoting the health and wellness benefits of massage, and creating a positive and relaxing experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Design specific massage sessions based on clients' individual needs

Promote the health and wellness benefits of massage therapy to clients

Create an excellent experience for members and guests through friendly and helpful attitude

Generate new clientele through promoting member referrals and memberships

Maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas

Requirements:

Must adhere to state licensing laws and regulations

Must be able to communicate effectively with clients, spa management, and staff

Must carry liability insurance

Knowledge of Swedish massage required

Knowledge of other various modalities preferred (Neuromuscular, Myofascial, Trigger Point, Pre-natal, Craniosacral, Reiki, Deep Tissue)
