Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Provide guidance and support to our veterinary technicians and assistants, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Staff Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our veterinary team members.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that our veterinary department meets the highest standards of quality and safety, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Client Communication: Build strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Operational Efficiency: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the veterinary department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate's degree in a related field, with a Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 5 years of experience in veterinary medicine, with 1-3 years of supervisory or management experience.
  • Licensure: Current CVT or ability to transfer license to New York.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
