Position: CI Analyst III

Overview:

ITC Defense is seeking a skilled CI Analyst III to enhance our Counterintelligence (CI) Division for the Missile Defense Agency (MDA). The CI Analyst III will perform a variety of CI functions including investigations, operations, collection, analysis, and production. This role is crucial in detecting, identifying, assessing, exploiting, penetrating, degrading, and countering foreign intelligence collection efforts, sabotage, espionage, and terrorist threats aimed at the MDA and its personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide CI support for MDA Conferences and Off-Site Events
  • Assist in MDA Research, Development & Acquisition (RDA) Programs
  • Support Missile Defense System (MDS) Deployment Activities
  • Engage in CI Investigations and Operations
  • Participate in the CI Awareness and Reporting (CIAR) Program
  • Conduct CI Research and Analysis & Production
  • Facilitate Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) and ensure compliance with Telecommunications Electronics Materials Protected from Emanating Spurious Transmissions (TEMPEST)
  • Support the Cyber Forensics Laboratory (CFL)
  • Manage Operations and CI SCIF Operations
  • Execute analytical taskings effectively
  • Develop and implement analytical tools, techniques, and processes
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts Degree in a relevant discipline
  • Formal CI training and certification to USD/I approved standards
  • 8+ years of experience in missile defense-related or DoD programs
  • TS with SCI eligibility
  • Ability to work independently and lead teams in problem analysis and resolution
  • Capability to provide direction and support to teams
  • Proficient in executing analytical tasks using established techniques and processes
  • Ability to develop and utilize analytical tools for technical and administrative support activities
