Job Description:

This hybrid role involves working three days in the office and two days remotely, providing a perfect balance between teamwork and flexibility. As a Data Scientist Engineer, you will be responsible for ingesting and analyzing large amounts of raw information to improve business decision-making and create data products that extract valuable business insights.

You will lead the entire data analysis lifecycle, from transforming raw data to creating insightful visualizations and reports. This includes wrangling, cleansing, and transforming large datasets to prepare them for AI consumption. Additionally, you will develop and implement data pipelines to automate data ingestion, processing, and delivery for AI models.

Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and implementing data pipelines, identifying valuable data sources, preprocessing structured and unstructured data, assisting with data labeling and tagging, analyzing large amounts of information to discover trends and patterns, presenting information using data visualization techniques, proposing solutions and strategies to business challenges, collaborating with engineering and product development teams, and performing feature engineering for AI applications.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should possess a BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field, preferably with a graduate degree in Data Science or a quantitative field. A minimum of five years of experience as a Data Scientist or Data Analyst is required, along with expertise in data mining, machine learning, and operations research.

Proficiency in SQL and Python, with familiarity with ML frameworks and Java, is also essential. Experience with ELK Stack, business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau), and data frameworks (e.g., Hadoop) is highly valued. Analytical mind, business acumen, and strong math skills are necessary for success in this position.
