About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cafe Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Cafe Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of food items, including hot and cold beverages, sandwiches, salads, and snacks.
  • Food Safety and Quality Control: Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to food safety and quality control standards, and ensuring all food is prepared and served to the highest standards.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals, and provide support and assistance as needed.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment, and able to work effectively in a team setting.
Requirements
  • Age: Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Food Service Experience: Previous experience in a food service environment is preferred.
  • Food Safety Certification: Must have a valid food safety certification.
