We are seeking a highly skilled Surgical Technologist to join our team at Mass General Brigham. As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and effective delivery of surgical procedures.

• Assist surgeons and anesthesiologists during surgical procedures
• Prepare and maintain the operating room environment
• Ensure the availability and proper functioning of surgical equipment and supplies
• Collaborate with the perioperative team to ensure seamless patient care
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and technologies

• Successful completion of an accredited educational program for surgical technologists
• Certification as a surgical technologist accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies and the American College of Surgeons and the Association of Surgical Technologists
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
