Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Retail Floor Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our dispensary. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a team to success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the budtending team to ensure excellent customer service and meet sales targets
  • Manage inventory levels, conduct stockroom organization, and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with management to achieve company goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Supervisor or Lead Budtender
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Prior experience with Point-of-Sale systems and inventory management
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays

Compensation:

This role offers a competitive salary of $19/hour plus tips, ensuring our employees are well-rewarded for their hard work.
