Job OverviewIngman Company is seeking a skilled Structural Engineer to join our team. This is a leadership position that offers a clear path to promotion and a highly collaborative environment. The successful candidate will have a strong background in seismic analysis and seismic strengthening, as well as experience working with diverse projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement seismic analysis and strengthening strategies for existing and new facilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects that meet client expectations.
  • Conduct site evaluations and provide recommendations for reinforcing existing facilities.
  • Design new facilities that meet client needs and regulatory requirements.

Requirements
  • BS or MS Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
  • EIT registration and ability to sit for PE license within a year.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in seismic analysis and seismic strengthening.
  • Background working with diverse projects, including higher education, commercial, institutional, and industrial.
