- Assist customers with a warm greeting and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
- Handle various transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries.
- Maintain an accurate cash drawer and perform daily reconciliations.
- Support account openings and provide guidance on product features and benefits.
- Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies.
- Promote additional banking products and services that align with customer needs.
- Participate in ongoing training to remain knowledgeable about banking products and services.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
A high school diploma is required; an associate degree is preferred. A minimum of three years of experience in retail banking is necessary.
Skills and Competencies:
- Outstanding customer service abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while remaining organized.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality of customer information.
- Bi-lingual capabilities are a plus.
Working Environment:
This position is situated in a traditional office setting with standard operational hours. Flexibility in scheduling may be required to ensure adequate staffing.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 10 lbs and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity.
