Installation Specialist

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

We are seeking an experienced Installation Specialist - HVAC to join our team. As an Installation Specialist, you will be responsible for installing and servicing HVAC equipment in homes and businesses throughout our service area.

• Responsibilities:
• Install and configure HVAC equipment in accordance with manufacturer specifications and industry standards;
• Test and inspect installed equipment to ensure proper operation and safety;
• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on existing HVAC systems;
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues;
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to installations and service calls;
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives;

To be successful as an Installation Specialist - HVAC, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent;
• At least 2 years of experience in HVAC installation and repair;
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, including diagnosis and repair techniques;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and climbing;
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation;
