Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Dietary Aide to join our team at Neighborhood Healthcare. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in supporting the overall quality of food services at our PACE center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve meals to elderly patients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Assist with food preparation, including cooking, cleaning, and sanitizing equipment and utensils
  • Stage dining rooms for each meal service, setting tables with linens, silverware, and daily menus
  • Take and serve orders, handling complaints or problems with a positive attitude
  • Participate in general clean-up and sanitation of kitchen and dining areas
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • One year of food preparation and service experience, preferably in healthcare or social services
  • Valid Food Handler Card and BLS certification required
