Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Management Trainee to join our team at Preferred Restaurant Group. As a Management Trainee, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, including training and development of team members, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training and Development: Assist in the training and development of team members, including onboarding, coaching, and performance management.
  • Operations Management: Assist in the management of restaurant operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and performance reporting.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive excellent service, including responding to customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate team members to achieve high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all company policies and procedures are followed, including health and safety regulations and company standards.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
