We're seeking board-certified physician assistants to join our team of contractors, who will conduct in-home visits to assess the overall health and well-being of our members. This role offers a competitive wage and the flexibility to manage your own schedule.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-home visits to assess the health and well-being of our members
  • Identify potential barriers to care and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Earn a competitive wage for each completed assessment
  • Have the opportunity to increase your per-visit rate with our Market Multiplier
  • Participate in our pay-per-test model for additional diagnostic and preventive tests
