  • Operate the ticketing system with efficiency and accuracy, ensuring seamless transactions for all events.
  • Familiarize yourself with each event, including ticket prices, discounts, restrictions, and seating configurations.
  • Communicate effectively with patrons, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues in a positive and professional manner.
  • Collect payment and provide correct change, maintaining accurate records of transactions.
  • Reconcile all monies received from ticket sales, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and experience working with the public and cash.
  • Ability to work independently and as a productive member of a team, with a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
