Key Responsibilities
  • Practice in an ethical manner, working with colleagues and clients with respect.
  • Provide Community Psychiatric Support and Treatment (CPST) services.
  • Update treatment plans as needed with LMHP, ongoing assessment of assigned clients' needs and goals, participate in supervision and training, and provide crisis intervention services, if needed.
  • Provide coordination of care and linkage with community resources.
  • Provide timely service documentation as required by managing care organizations, agency policy and procedure manual.
  • Complete progress notes that adhere to best practices and quality standards of care as outlined in the treatment plan.
  • Attend required staff meetings and trainings.
  • Maintain involvement in other agency programs.
  • Complete educational opportunities as a means of furthering professional development as well as fulfilling CEU requirements.
  • Uphold and promote all standards of CARF, HIPAA, reimbursement compliance and Acidom Medical Services, LLC policies and procedures as outlined in agency's policy manual.
Requirements
  • MUST BE A LCSW, LMFT, LPC, CSW, LMSW, or P-LPC licensed to practice in the State of Louisiana.
  • Attend required staff meetings and trainings.
  • Meet deadlines and meet productivity standards.
  • Maintain confidentiality and privacy.
  • Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
Benefits
  • Competitive salary range: $25.00 to $30.00 for LMSW/P-LPC and $33.00 to $37.50 for LPC/LCSW/LMFT.
  • Flexible/Choose your own hours schedule.
