At Express Employment Professionals, we are currently seeking an IT Systems Administrator to join our team in Longview, WA.

The estimated salary for this position is $27-$32 per hour, based on the job requirements and location.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled IT Systems Administrator to install, maintain, and troubleshoot computer systems and networks. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in IT and be proficient in Microsoft Suite.

Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure computer systems and networks
  • Maintain and troubleshoot computer systems and networks
  • Provide technical support and assistance to customers
  • Loading and configuring network and system software and hardware
  • Troubleshooting and repairing network and system hardware and software problems
  • Complete work order documentation in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintain assigned tools, test equipment, and spare parts in good working order
  • Provide technical input during bid preparation
  • Participate in pre-job bid meetings as requested
  • Interface with customers to identify needs, concerns, and to recommend solutions
  • Provide technical solutions using all available resources
  • Participate in staff meetings
  • Provide input to business operations and planning
  • Assist in the selection and development of service staff
  • Support business operations as requested and as needed
  • Participate in safety and quality control meetings
  • Add/Update Client documentation in PSA
  • Maintain technical competency

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work with deadlines
  • Excellent customer services and professionalism
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision or as part of a team
  • Problem solving skills and self-motivated
  • Must have 3 years of IT experience in a job
  • Must have valid driver's license
  • May be fingerprinted for certain jobs/clients
  • Possess or acquire COMP TIA A+ certification within 6 months of assignment
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle to perform onsite work that can be over 1 hr. away drive time
