The Head of Complex Rehabilitation and Accessibility Services will have full authority and accountability for the daily management of our complex rehabilitation, repair, and accessibility service divisions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication abilities, compliance expertise, and meticulous attention to detail. The capacity to swiftly adapt and inspire others in a dynamic organizational landscape is vital for success.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that teams provide safe and compliant products with exceptional service quality.
- Develop compliance guides and resources, offering training and knowledge to staff.
- Utilize training to create standard operating procedures that enhance customer and staff experiences.
- Support and mentor customer service teams in achieving their professional development goals.
- Identify skill gaps within the team and assist in program development.
- Coach customer service personnel to advocate for customer needs throughout their journey.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a comprehensive customer narrative.
- Lead customer experience discussions in meetings and engage with executive team members as necessary.
- Oversee the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
- Manage insurance and other audit processes.
- Coordinate with the Vice President of Operations for compliance visits and data management.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, organize tasks, and meet strict deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to adapt to changing situations.

- Master's or Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in Complex Rehabilitation, Accessibility, and DME sectors, or
- 15+ years of leadership experience in Complex Rehabilitation, Accessibility, and DME sectors.
- Equivalent combination of experience and training that equips the candidate with necessary knowledge and skills.
- Familiarity with state and federal healthcare regulations and guidelines.
- High proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, and internet applications.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Capacity to influence peers and senior management.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Self-motivated with a keen attention to detail and reporting.
- Flexibility to work according to business needs.
- Authorization to work within the United States is required.
