As an On-Site Ink Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering technical support, color matching, and ink formulation
  • Producing ink batches weighing less than 100 lbs
  • Conducting Quality Control assessments on incoming and locally produced ink
  • Managing inventory and performing monthly stock evaluations
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service
  • Fostering positive relationships with clients
  • Addressing technical issues faced by clients promptly and documenting solutions
  • Leading and coordinating the activities of INX On-Site Technicians
  • Training INX Technicians on operational protocols to ensure compliance
  • Providing ongoing operational assistance and performing quality audits

Required Qualifications

To excel in this position, candidates must:

  • Hold a high school diploma or GED
  • Exhibit strong verbal, written, and mathematical skills
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and possess other computer skills
  • Have 2 to 5 years of experience in the ink sector, including 1 to 3 years in a supervisory role
  • Provide technical services effectively
  • Demonstrate color matching abilities and pass a color vision assessment
  • Manufacture ink batches under 100 lbs
  • Conduct Quality Control on both incoming and on-site produced ink
  • Manage inventory, maintain records, and ensure cleanliness

Preferred Qualifications

Additional qualifications that would be advantageous include:

  • A college degree
  • Experience in laboratory, in-plant, or warehouse settings
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Familiarity with SAP systems
