Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate clinical staff to facilitate a cohesive and effective team.
- Oversee all clinical activities, including therapy sessions and documentation, to maintain high standards.
- Develop and implement training programs and performance reviews for clinical staff.
- Coordinate with senior management to maintain compliance with policies and optimize staffing and resources.
- Lead multidisciplinary treatment team meetings and contribute directly to patient care as needed.
- Uphold patient confidentiality and safety, maintaining adherence to state and federal regulations.
Requirements:
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to make data-driven decisions and adapt to changes in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Experience in clinical operations, including personnel management, patient care, and regulatory compliance.
Graduated from an accredited college or university with a minimum of a master's degree in psychology, Social Work, Nursing, or health-related field.
A minimum of 2 years administrative and management setting familiarity, with Performance Improvement and JCAHO Standards necessary.
Communication skills to relate to all levels of management staff. Self-motivated and confident Application of Continuous Quality Improvement/ Performance Improvement philosophy and ability to develop organizational strategy.
