Job Description

As a Retail Store Associate at CVS Health, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service by actively listening to customers, addressing their needs, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate a cash register with precision, handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, restocking shelves, checking in vendors, and updating pricing information as directed by store management.
  • Support opening and closing store activities, including assisting with inventory management and ensuring all departments are fully stocked and operational.
  • Collaborate with pharmacy personnel to provide exceptional customer service and support the growth of our pharmacy business.

Requirements:

  • At least 16 years of age
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 35 pounds, and perform other tasks as required
  • Visual acuity to perform tasks such as viewing a computer terminal, reading, and visual inspection

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting
  • High school diploma or equivalent
