Behavior Analyst - ABA Specialist

At BAYADA Home Health Care, we are seeking a skilled Behavior Analyst - ABA Specialist to join our team in our ABA Center located in Wall, NJ. As a Behavior Analyst - ABA Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, designing treatment plans, and monitoring client progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA), practical functional assessments (PFA), and other assessments as needed.
  • Design treatment plans that are socially meaningful for the client and context.
  • Monitor client progress and make program changes as needed.
  • Lead RBTs and stakeholders on program implementation.
  • Fulfill authorized hours by client and provide supervision of staff working on their caseload.

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB).
  • Eligibility to supervise candidates under the BACB requirements for BCBA and RBT.
  • Knowledge of and experience in using evidence-based interventions, such as functional behavior assessments, discrete trial teaching, functional communication, verbal behavior, self-management, and differential reinforcement.
  • Experience in behavior analysis with strong professional references.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, including the use of technology.
  • Ability to work independently as well as on a team.

Hourly Range: $75.00-$85.00
