Job Summary:The Custodian Technician II will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our employees and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain the overall cleanliness of facilities, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces.
- Operate floor maintenance equipment, such as buffers and extractors, to maintain polished floors.
- Clean and sanitize toilets, urinals, sinks, hand dryers, and other high-touch areas.
- Restock inventory, assist with recycling efforts, and respond to customer requests.
- Prioritize tasks based on supervisor guidance and follow safety procedures in secured environments.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; one year of related experience may substitute for education.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record required.
- Pass a thorough criminal history screening.
$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
