Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cashier Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Cashier Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional member service, operating front-end equipment, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional member service by acknowledging and greeting members, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate front-end equipment, including cash registers, scanners, and other technology, to process member transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, checkout lanes, and surrounding areas.
  • Work collaboratively with other associates to achieve sales goals, promote products, and provide a positive shopping experience for members.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge in areas such as customer service, sales, and operations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
