Qualifications:

  • HVAC certification is mandatory (Universal certification preferred)
  • Minimum of two years of experience in apartment maintenance
  • Proficient in using tools and understanding common appliances
  • Physical capability to perform assigned tasks
  • General knowledge of relevant building codes and regulations
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to maintain accurate daily documentation
  • Must possess personal tools
  • Reliable vehicle suitable for maintenance tasks is necessary
  • Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance required
  • Successful completion of credit, background, and drug screenings is essential
