Key Responsibilities- Assist oral surgeons during procedures, maintaining a high level of attention to detail and ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment, adhering to strict infection control protocols.
- Travel to different office locations as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless clinic operations, providing support and assistance as needed.
- Provide patient education and post-operative care instructions, promoting patient understanding and empowerment.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure patient comfort and safety before, during, and after procedures, prioritizing their well-being and satisfaction.
- Experience in dental assisting required, with a strong foundation in oral surgery procedures.
- Spanish speaking preferred, but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, surgeons, and other team members.
- High level of integrity and the ability to take initiative, with a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment, with a flexible and positive attitude.
