About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team of therapists who share a common goal: to help children with autism be their best selves. As a Developmental Therapist - Early Intervention Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with extraordinary team members, receive training and support to develop your career in Speech Therapy, and make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and their families.

Your responsibilities will include implementing quality, evidence-based treatment and group therapy to promote a variety of skills in a fun and naturalistic play setting, building rapport with family members, and collaborating with MeBe employees and outside professionals. You will also maintain effective communication with team members and supervisors, record objective data to reflect client progress, and manage a full-time caseload.

Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology with ASHA CCCs and State Licensure
  • Experience of 2-3+ years clinician experience in early intervention treating developmental delays/disabilities following completion of CCC
  • Professional, outgoing, warm, and friendly demeanor
  • Timely, organized, dependable, and able to meet deadlines
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $84K-$101K based on experience and location, as well as a $10,000 Full Time Sign On Bonus.
