About the OpportunityWe are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Pediatrics Expert to join our team at Resiliency LLC. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional clinical care, mentoring junior faculty and providers, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert clinical care in an outpatient setting, addressing the diverse needs of children with developmental and behavioral concerns.
  • Mentor junior faculty and providers, enhancing team development and clinical excellence, and driving innovation and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, audiologists, occupational and physical therapists, speech therapists, social workers, and pediatricians, to deliver high-quality patient care and support families through challenging times.
Salary and Benefits:

$220,000 - $280,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, retirement savings plan with employer automatic contribution and match, malpractice insurance and tail coverage, educational loan assistance, generous paid time-off allowance, CME time and money, relocation assistance, and immigration support.
