Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team at Johnson Service Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for receiving and stocking inventory, picking and packing customer orders, and documenting inventory using our client's software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and stocking inventory in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Picking and packing customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
  • Documenting inventory using our client's software and maintaining accurate records
  • Cycle counting inventory and reporting discrepancies
  • Adhering to safety protocols and material handling rules
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • 6+ months of warehouse inventory experience
  • Valid Driver's License Required
  • Experience conducting cycle counts, picking orders, and customer service
  • Proficient use of pallet jacks, RF Scanners, and forklift experience is a plus
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and reliability
  • Experience using MS Excel and data entry into computers
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
