We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team at Johnson Service Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for receiving and stocking inventory, picking and packing customer orders, and documenting inventory using our client's software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving and stocking inventory in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Picking and packing customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Documenting inventory using our client's software and maintaining accurate records
- Cycle counting inventory and reporting discrepancies
- Adhering to safety protocols and material handling rules
- Performing other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- 6+ months of warehouse inventory experience
- Valid Driver's License Required
- Experience conducting cycle counts, picking orders, and customer service
- Proficient use of pallet jacks, RF Scanners, and forklift experience is a plus
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and reliability
- Experience using MS Excel and data entry into computers
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
