Key Responsibilities- Deliver direct physical and psychosocial care to patients through the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation.
- Provide individualized care that addresses the unique needs of each patient, taking into account their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
- Act as an advocate for patient safety and ensure compliance with core measures for applicable patients.
- Participate in the development and implementation of care plans that promote patient outcomes and quality of life.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care and support to patients and their families.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 7 days of employment start date.
- Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification within 90 days of employment start date.
- Registered Nurse licensure and a minimum of one year of experience in chemical dependency or psychiatric care.
