Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct hiring processes, recruit, and provide initial training and orientation for new associates.
  • Administer benefits, enter associate information into our automated resource system, and maintain personnel files.
  • Provide counseling and maintain EEO/AA records.
Benefits

Our competitive compensation package includes $26-$27/Hour, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package with medical, life, dental, vision, 4 floating holidays, 6 sick days, 10 vacation days accrued, and 401K.

Requirements
  • Deliver high-quality customer service.
  • Demonstrate strong communication, planning, organizing, and decision-making abilities.
  • Be organized, self-disciplined, technologically savvy, compliant, and able to communicate effectively at all levels.
Education/Experience

A high school diploma or G.E.D. is required, along with 2 years of related experience. Alternatively, an equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable, as determined by the company.
