Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership to the transportation and schedule management team
  • Operate as a successful business unit by reporting on revenues, KPIs, budget planning, and talent management
  • Ensure a personal commitment to safety is exhibited in the execution of all policies and tasks by all team members
  • Prepare and execute the most effective daily and weekly work schedule in response to business needs
  • Coordinate the execution of all activities that result in the achievement of 'Raving Fan' service levels and exceeding client expectations
  • Direct all recruiting and new employee acquisition initiatives
  • Lead and direct the Performance Management process
  • Develop an operating team that holds itself accountable for the achievement of SkyHop Global values
  • Coordinate and ensure the accurate documentation and completion of vehicle maintenance requirements and records
Requirements:
  • Establish a strong working relationship with internal departments and the customer base
  • Bring a high level of passion to exceeding all client expectations
  • Experience in addressing customer needs and concerns to maintain operational excellence
  • Ability to properly prioritize, implement, and manage work schedules, projects, and build relationships
  • Strong technical skills with the capability to produce accurate and timely reports
  • Fluency in English language
  • Minimum of two to three years of experience in transportation or related industries
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule requiring weekends and evening availability
