Position Overview: Tact Staff is currently seeking a travel nurse RN specializing in the Operating Room for an exciting travel nursing opportunity.

- Shift Length: 12 hours
- Employment Type: Travel
Position / Specialty: OR RN CHARGE
Additional compensation for Charge Nurse role available.
Shift Schedule: 3 shifts of 12 hours from 7:30 AM to 7:00 PM.
Patient Ratios: 1:1
Experience Required: Minimum of 2 years and 3 months in a Charge Nurse capacity.
First-time Travelers: Accepted
Weekend Requirements: As needed, typically every third weekend.
Certifications & Licenses:
*Active, unrestricted RN License in Arizona or valid compact license - Required
*BLS and ACLS certifications - Required
On-Call Requirements: No on-call duties
Floating Requirements: None
Blocked Scheduling: Yes
Local Candidates: Accepted
RTO Restrictions: Approval from unit manager required
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week, with the possibility of being called off up to 6 times during the assignment.
Special Requirements:
*Experience in a Level 1 trauma center OR with high volume cases in ortho, trauma, and spine.
*Candidates must have experience in general, ortho, spine, trauma, and neuro procedures, specifically craniotomies.
*Level I trauma experience is preferred, but highly skilled clinicians with recent Level II trauma experience in similar facilities will be considered.
