Lead Service Valet Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Lead Service Valet. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our residents and ensuring the smooth delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding service to residents, exceeding their expectations and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Assist the Area Leader in training and developing Service Valets, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Conduct regular spot checks to ensure Service Valets are adhering to safety protocols, quality control standards, and productivity expectations.
  • Collect and process missed trash, identify problem properties, and communicate with the Area Leader regarding any issues or concerns.
  • Provide waste and recycling collection coverage for understaffed properties within an assigned district.
  • Document and report any property or resident non-compliance, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Provide leadership and oversight during the Area Leader's days off, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Assist with evening recruiting efforts, including referral generation and flyer distribution.
  • Provide candidates with a realistic job preview from the Service Valet perspective, ensuring they understand the role and responsibilities.
  • Assist with presentations during team meetings, sharing best practices and knowledge with colleagues.
  • Assist the Area Leader with coordinating work schedules, evaluating job performance, and motivating Service Valets.
  • Provide leadership and guidance on safety and training, ensuring Service Valets are equipped to perform their duties safely and effectively.

Requirements:
  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
  • A valid driver's license and current auto insurance for your vehicle.
  • The ability to operate a motor vehicle and drive locally to other properties as needed.
  • Physical ability to lift and transport items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to walk the distance of a property and be exposed to disagreeable odors.
  • Capability to climb up and down staircases/steps multiple times throughout the evening.
  • A smartphone with a data plan to utilize our mobile app.
  • Flexibility to work split schedules and/or be on call during irregular hours.
  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent; an AA degree is preferred.
  • Preferred experience in customer service and prior people management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
