Orthopedic Nurse Specialist

Job Details:
We are seeking a skilled Orthopedic Nurse Specialist to join our team at CHI St Alexius Health Bismarck Medical Center. As a Neurological Care Provider, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our Ortho/Neuro department.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in the Ortho/Neuro department
- Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Participate in unit-specific orientation and training
- Float to other units as needed
- Work holidays and rotate with permanent staff
Requirements:
- 3 years of Ortho/Neuro experience
- Proficient in EPIC EMR system
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
